This is a fake "Your computer is infected" scam page. No scan happened. Here's what gives it away:

Microsoft never calls you — nor does it show phone numbers in browser alerts
Browsers can't scan your PC — the "threat list" is fabricated
"Do not close this window" — pressure tactic to stop you thinking clearly
Phone number is fake — real number would connect to scammers who charge for "removal"
Fix: Close the browser tab. Press F11 to exit fullscreen if stuck. Run a real scan via Windows Security (the built-in app)
